Woodlanders Pre-school provides early years care and education to children in Ashburton and the surrounding areas.  We are an independent registered charity (number 1176342), rooted in the community and run by a team of dedicated staff who are passionate about early years education and supporting the needs of local families. Woodlanders was established in 1999 and has seen many families and children in the community benefit from the services we provide.

In addition to pre-school care and education, Woodlanders provides wrap-around care and holiday clubs for our registered children, parent and toddler groups and specialised sessions such as forest school, messy play, French and yoga.

At Woodlanders we have a really strong team, who are highly qualified and experienced. We refresh training regularly and share knowledge and ideas with each other so that the whole setting benefits from our collective skills. We are a team of artistic, musical, creative, community focused and caring people, who will go above and beyond to get the best outcomes for our Woodlanders children. By working closely together we can provide an excellent level of service and care for your child.

We also believe that it is really important to give opportunities to members of our community where we can. We welcome students, work experience pupils and we also regularly support new staff through apprenticeship programs.
