At Woodlanders we have a really strong team, who are highly qualified and experienced. We refresh training regularly and share knowledge and ideas with each other so that the whole setting benefits from our collective skills. We are a team of artistic, musical, creative, community focused and caring people, who will go above and beyond to get the best outcomes for our Woodlanders children. By working closely together we are able to provide an excellent level of service and care for your child.
We also believe that it is really important to give opportunities to members of our community where we can. We welcome students, work experience pupils and we also regularly support new staff through apprenticeship programs.
